Tanggung Jawab
- Review and audit OASIS documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on data entries to identify discrepancies and ensure high standards of clinical documentation.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to patient assessments and clinical records with a high degree of precision.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to refine documentation workflows and improve automated processing algorithms.
- Verify patient demographics and medical histories to maintain the integrity of the healthcare database.
- Stay updated on changes in home health regulations and OASIS requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related healthcare field.
- Current RN or PT license (active or eligible) in the Philippines.
- Previous experience with OASIS documentation, home health coding, or clinical documentation review is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in complex medical data.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with US stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new data management software quickly.
