Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using standardized evaluation tools
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing functional limitations
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify interventions as needed
- Educate patients/families on adaptive techniques and home modifications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in continuous professional development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Singapore OT license and AHPB registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in diverse settings
- Expertise in functional assessment and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based OT interventions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
