Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain updated vendor information
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve any outstanding issues
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related inquiries
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements for financial transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations
- Previous experience with remote work arrangements preferred
