Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export order processing including documentation preparation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Coordinate logistics activities including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Act as primary point of contact for international customers regarding order status, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, finance, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate export records and documentation systems for audit purposes
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance export efficiency and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in export operations, logistics, or customer service
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory for international communication)
- Proficiency in export documentation systems and logistics software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and data management
