Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production quality and implement quality control procedures
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure workplace safety compliance at all times
- Collaborate with team to optimize production processes
- Document production reports and maintain accurate records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Experience in plastic manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work in shifts and physically demanding environment
- Valid K3 certificate (Occupational Health & Safety)
- Team player with good communication skills
