Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machinery with precision
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality control standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or material defects
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing/plastic industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations and machinery
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required)
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan certificate
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
