Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production quality through visual inspection and measurement tools
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
- Document production data accurately in daily reports
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA technical education or equivalent experience
- 1+ years operating injection molding machinery preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards
- Physical ability to work standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (if required)
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan certification
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
