Tanggung Jawab
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and extrusion equipment
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and machine adjustments
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Collaborate with quality control team for product inspections
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
