Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment
- Maintain quality control standards during productionMonitor machine performance and report malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Document production data and maintain work area organization
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Experience in plastic manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
