Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality control standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and production lines
- Document production data and maintain quality logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for defect prevention
- Optimize production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA technical graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in plastic manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20kg
- Valid K3 (K3 Umum) certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
- Ability to work shifts including weekends if required
