Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment efficiently
- Monitor production processes and conduct quality control checks
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production output
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- SMU/Sederajat technical education preferred
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
- Ability to operate machinery and read technical manuals
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Physical stamina for standing and manual handling tasks
- Willingness to work in shift schedules
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
