Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and plastic processing equipment efficiently
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and output targets
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality compliance
- Maintain clean and organized production area following safety protocols
- Record production data accurately in daily reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed
- Valid health certificate from authorized clinic
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
