Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure optimal production output
- Perform quality control checks on finished products according to specifications
- Maintain clean and safe production area following 5S principles
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
- Assist in machine setup, calibration, and basic maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily production targets and efficiency goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent vocational education
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials (max 25kg)
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shift schedule (if required)
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan certification (will be assisted)
