Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor production quality through systematic quality control checks
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine machine maintenance
- Document production data accurately in daily logs and reports
- Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production irregularities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic understanding of injection molding processes
- Physical ability to work standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to work in shift system if required
- Valid health certificate from authorized medical facility
- Strong teamwork orientation and problem-solving skills
