Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment
- Monitor production quality and perform in-process inspections
- Maintain clean and organized workstation area
- Follow SOPs for safety and operational procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing/production (preferred)
- Willing to work shifts and overtime
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of quality control principles
- Ability to read technical manuals and instructions
- Certified in occupational safety (K3) is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
