Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machines efficiently
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards compliance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Document production data accurately in daily reports
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and 5S principles
- Collaborate with quality control team for product inspection
- Optimize machine settings to minimize material waste
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent vocational education
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations and PLC systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
