- Operate injection molding machines with precision

- Train junior operators as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or related field
- 1+ years in manufacturing production roles
- Certification in machine operation (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing shifts
- Basic computer literacy
- Team player with communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
