Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and measurement tools
- Maintain clean and organized work area according to 5S standards
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/plastic production
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical stamina for standing 8-hour shifts
- Willingness to work in rotating shift schedule
- Safety conscious with PPE compliance experience
