Tanggung Jawab
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and monitor production processes
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing production preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25kg
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Valid health certificate (Kesling) from local health office
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
