Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document production data and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with quality control team on product inspection
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing production (plastic industry preferred)
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
- Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Willingness to work in shifts (rotating schedule)
- Certification in industrial safety (OSHA/K3) is advantageous
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
