Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding/extrusion machines to ensure optimal production output
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to meet company standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Experience in plastic manufacturing production (1+ years preferred)
- Basic understanding of injection molding/extrusion processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
- Certification in safety training (K3) is an advantage
