Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure workplace safety compliance at all times
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with quality control team for product inspections
- Optimize production output while minimizing waste
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Basic understanding of machinery operation principles
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Valid Sertifikat K3 Umum (General Occupational Safety Certificate)
- Ability to work in shift schedules (morning/night)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
