Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and output targets
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products using measurement tools
- Maintain clean and organized work area according to 5S standards
- Complete production logs and quality documentation accurately
- Collaborate with team to implement process improvements
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing production environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding/extrusion)
- Ability to read technical manuals and production specifications
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Willingness to work in shift system (morning/night)
- Valid health certificate for industrial work
