Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production quality and implement quality control procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and machine troubleshooting
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance department
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years experience in plastic manufacturing production preferred
- Basic knowledge of injection molding/extrusion processes
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (if required)
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
- Valid health certificate (Kartu Kesehatan)
