Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding/extrusion machines with precision and safety compliance
- Monitor production processes, conduct quality checks, and maintain production logs
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Ensure adherence to GMP and ISO 14001 environmental standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
- Report equipment malfunctions and process irregularities promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA technical graduate or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow SOPs precisely
- Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
- Physical stamina for standing 8-hour shifts and lifting materials (max 20kg)
- Certification in industrial safety (SMK3/K3) is advantageous
