Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production quality and perform in-process inspections
- Maintain clean and organized production area following 5S principles
- Document production data accurately in daily reports
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat (High School Diploma)
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Physical fitness to stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in rotating shift system
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Valid health certificate (SIMPEL/Kesehatan)
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environment
