Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain injection molding/extrusion machinery with precision
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on finished products
- Monitor production parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
- Implement 5S principles for workplace organization and safety
- Document production data in real-time using digital systems
- Collaborate with maintenance team for equipment optimization
- Train junior operators on standard operating procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA technical graduate or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in plastic manufacturing production environment
- Certification in industrial machinery operation (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25kg
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Commitment to OHSAS 18001 safety protocols
