Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that ensure product safety, quality, and sustainability
- Conduct research on new packaging materials and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with production teams to implement new packaging designs and processes
- Analyze packaging performance and make continuous improvements based on testing results
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and environmental standards
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality, cost-effective packaging materials
- Develop packaging specifications and technical documentation for production
- Monitor packaging costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging development within the food or beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and technologies
- Experience with packaging testing methods and quality control standards
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in packaging design software and CAD tools
