We're seeking a data-driven innovator to spearhead our paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In this remote position, you'll leverage cutting-edge analytics to optimize ad spend, maximize ROI, and elevate our brand's digital footprint. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into measurable media plans, conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across PPC, social, and display platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets (₱300k-₱500k monthly) with strict ROI optimization
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics and platform tools
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation for hyper-targeted campaigns
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams for integrated marketing campaigns

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven track record of managing ₱1M+ annual ad budgets with measurable ROAS
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and attribution modeling
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Excellent data visualization skills with tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar preferred
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills for remote collaboration
