We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Admin to join Private Advertiser. In this fully remote position, you will manage essential financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of our accounting processes. The role requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week and offers the flexibility of working from anywhere.
As the Finance Admin, you will be the backbone of our financial team, handling bookkeeping, ensuring tax compliance, and managing vendor administration. Your work will directly impact our financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. We value accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insights on financial performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and handle necessary tax filings.
- Administer vendor relationships, including contract management and payment processing.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial administration.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively within a 20-hour workweek.
- Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting is a plus.
