Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries with clarity and empathy
- Proactively manage patient concerns and resolve complaints through effective communication solutions
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow through all service touchpoints
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Facilitate patient feedback collection and implement service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure cohesive patient experiences across departments
- Conduct post-visit follow-ups to ensure continued satisfaction and address emerging needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or healthcare patient relations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering compassionate service
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo background checks
