As a Patient Service Associate in the Outpatient Clinic, you will serve as the vital link between our medical professionals and the families we serve. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and compassionate patient experience by managing check-in processes, guiding patients through the clinic, and actively assisting doctors during consultations and treatments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist doctors in consultation rooms and provide support during patient reviews and treatments.
- Manage patient check-in, registration, and administrative documentation accurately.
- Provide clear and accurate information to patients and families regarding clinic operations and procedures.
- Direct patients to appropriate departments and provide wayfinding assistance within the clinic.
- Answer inquiries and handle patient complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Support the medical team with data entry and maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is an advantage.
