Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and compute monthly payroll for all company employees accurately and on time.
  • Verify and reconcile time attendance records, leave balances, and overtime claims.
  • Prepare payroll registers, payslips, and government contribution reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll files and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Process payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding deductions and net pay.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, BSBA, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and social security regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and management.
