  • Lead and mentor an agile payroll team, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions with strict compliance to local regulations
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll lifecycle including data validation, tax calculations, and disbursement
  • Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll system integrations, audits, and regulatory updates
  • Manage payroll reporting and analytics for stakeholder communications and decision-making
  • Drive process automation and technology adoption to enhance payroll efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years progressive payroll experience with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Expert knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation, tax codes (PCB), and EPF/SOCSO regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP) and HRIS platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex payroll data and regulations
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development and change management
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll reporting tools
