Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor an agile payroll team, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions with strict compliance to local regulations
- Oversee end-to-end payroll lifecycle including data validation, tax calculations, and disbursement
- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll system integrations, audits, and regulatory updates
- Manage payroll reporting and analytics for stakeholder communications and decision-making
- Drive process automation and technology adoption to enhance payroll efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive payroll experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation, tax codes (PCB), and EPF/SOCSO regulations
- Proficiency in payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP) and HRIS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex payroll data and regulations
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development and change management
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll reporting tools
