Tanggung Jawab
- Process accurate and timely payroll for US-based employees
- Maintain compliance with US federal and state tax regulations
- Manage employee records, deductions, and withholdings
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management
- Implement payroll process improvements and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and labor regulations
