- Supervise daily payroll operations including processing, verification, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Lead and develop payroll team members through coaching and training
- Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years payroll experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and tax regulations
