Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Provide pharmaceutical counseling to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans
- Monitor medication therapy and make recommendations for optimization based on patient needs
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking pharmaceutical products
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments, medications, and treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in pharmacy operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science from an accredited institution
- Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) or eligibility for registration
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, medications, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex medical information
- Attention to detail and precision in medication dispensing and record-keeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience in various pharmacy settings (inpatient, outpatient, retail) is preferred
