Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and expiry monitoring
- Provide professional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
- Process insurance claims and manage payment transactions
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pharmacy or related healthcare qualification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience with pharmacy software
