Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including reordering stock and conducting regular stock counts.
- Support daily operations for both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy departments.
- Perform compounding duties for specific medications as required by the pharmacist.
- Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pharmacy environment in compliance with health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification or license required.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong understanding of medication safety protocols and pharmaceutical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
