Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Execute therapeutic interventions using manual therapy, exercise, and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress closely and modify treatment protocols as necessary.
- Document patient history, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment area in compliance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide patient education on self-care, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
- Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the PRC.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a strong focus on patient safety.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
