Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical limitations and treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical evaluations
- Deliver specialized hands-on treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field
- Valid Malaysian Physiotherapy Board license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based treatment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams
