Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized rehabilitation plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols for optimal recovery outcomes
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field
- Valid Malaysian physiotherapy license with full working rights
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy
- Strong assessment skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- CPR certification and current first aid training
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
