Electron Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist or Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing team in Denai Alam, Selangor. We are dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation services, with a specific focus on neurological rehabilitation and the care of stroke patients. In this role, you will work closely with our clinical team to deliver personalized treatment plans, assist in therapeutic exercises, and support patients in achieving their mobility goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for stroke and neurological patients.
- Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support for elderly care patients as required.
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or a related healthcare field.
- Registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in neurological rehabilitation, stroke recovery, or elderly care is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage.
