Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance of vessel machinery and equipment
- Monitor engine room operations to ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions
- Coordinate with shore-based technical teams to implement repair and maintenance schedules
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and performance reports
- Overhaul critical components including propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and HVAC units
- Train and supervise junior engineering staff on technical procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Valid Class IV Marine Engineer certification or equivalent international qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ship maintenance and repair
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of IMO regulations, SOLAS, and Class Society requirements
- Advanced diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
- Ability to work under pressure in confined spaces and adverse conditions
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
