Quality Confinement Home Sabah is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Postnatal Caregiver to join our team in Kota Kinabalu. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to mothers during the delicate postpartum period, ensuring their physical recovery and emotional well-being while caring for their newborns. We are looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about maternal and infant health. Your daily tasks will involve assisting with infant feeding and hygiene, preparing nutritious confinement meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the family. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive postnatal care and support to the mother and newborn baby.
- Assist with breastfeeding, infant feeding routines, and burping.
- Prepare nutritious, healthy meals specifically tailored for new mothers (confinement diet).
- Manage baby hygiene, including bathing, changing diapers, and dressing.
- Monitor the mother's recovery progress and report any health concerns to the family.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the nursery and kitchen area.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the family during the transition period.
- Ensure all safety standards and hygiene protocols are strictly followed at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Postnatal Care or a related childcare qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in confinement nannying or postnatal care.
- Strong knowledge of infant care, basic first aid, and CPR certification.
- Ability to cook simple, nutritious meals and assist with light cooking.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of caring for an infant 24/7.
- Valid identification and a positive attitude towards working in a healthcare facility.
