- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for operational teams
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure improvement effectiveness
- Facilitate root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving workshops
- Collaborate with leadership to align process improvements with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification required
- Proven track record of implementing successful process optimization projects
- Advanced proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership abilities
