- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and indirect procurement categories
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation frameworks
- Analyze market trends to identify cost optimization opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost control initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business goals
- Implement and maintain procurement compliance standards and ethical sourcing practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in FMCG or manufacturing industries
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
