Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators in the pediatric division.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for medical staff to ensure proper device usage.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the hospital sector to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for assigned product lines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote RV Group products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital account management is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and pediatric care requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas as required.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or equivalent professional certification.
