In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of innovative dermatology products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals across the region. Your primary objective will be to drive brand awareness, increase product uptake, and achieve sales targets through effective territory management and strategic relationship building. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations for dermatologists and skincare clinics.
- Manage and develop sales territories to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local healthcare regulations to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate product messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback on product performance and customer needs to the R&D and management teams.
- Organize and participate in medical congresses, product launches, and professional training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related Life Science field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical representation, or dermatology marketing.
- Strong understanding of dermatology, skin care science, and clinical applications of products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within the Metro Manila area.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
