Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while minimizing costs
- Monitor inventory levels and implement JIT/Kanban principles for optimal stock rotation
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage safety stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of finished goods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or manufacturing planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in production planning or inventory management (preferred)
